Technology

Engineering the Next Generation of Aviation Fuel.

INDUSAF is developing a technology framework that connects feedstock selection, conversion pathways, fuel quality, scalable production and evidence-led sustainability.

Technology approach

The Entire Fuel System Matters

Advanced aviation fuel technology cannot be evaluated through conversion chemistry alone. Feedstock characteristics, process selection, fuel quality, production scale and supply-chain controls all influence technical and commercial performance.

INDUSAF's approach is intended to consider carbon intensity and traceability alongside aviation-fuel requirements. Detailed technical claims will be published only when supported by approved documentation.

Process architecture

A Controlled Path to Aviation Fuel.

A production architecture may connect the following stages. The sequence is illustrative and varies by feedstock, selected industry pathway and facility design.

  2. 02Pre-treatment
  3. 03Conversion
  4. 04Upgrading

Quality by design

Built Around Repeatability

Quality is created through controlled processes rather than inspected into a product at the end. Repeatable operating conditions, defined testing and batch-level controls support consistent outcomes.

Documentation and safety procedures connect process decisions with material identity, test results, handling requirements and each subsequent handover.
